About Billy

Billy was preceded in death by his Father William Ray Thomas Sr, sister Cynthia Lee Thomas, brother Charles Thomas, survived by his Mother Sharon Kay Bush and sister Debora A Cooper-Kinney. Billy lived a very hard life. He struggled with addiction like a lot of people. He loved his family with his very big heart. He loved to fish especially with his nephews when they were young. It filled the void of not being able to be with his own children.
