Amazing father and cherished friend

W. Eric Schuler

W. Eric Schuler, a devoted and loving father, passed away unexpectedly at his home on June 22, 2021 at the age of 51.

Eric was born in Miami Florida in January of 1970. He moved with his mother at a young age to Minnesota to be closer to family In his early adulthood. He later on married Melissa J. Mead and had four children.

Eric was an award winning professional truck driver decorated by multiple companies over his 25 years in the industry. He was the best of the best of professional drivers. He took the time with all those willing to learn, including his son. He was a dedicated coach to youth sports including track, football, and soccer. In his early 20s he shared many genuine laughs and smiles during his time as a respected and acclaimed DJ/MC. He was a cherished friend to many and loving family man. His children, those born to him and those he claimed, were his greatest joy. He was always there for anything and everything they were doing. He will be remembered by his witty jokes and unyielding kindness. He had a passion for family and the time spent together as such. He had a miracle green thumb with an immense flower garden to show for it. He bestowed his sense of adventure, love of fun, ability to make the best of any situation, and strong work ethic on his children.

He was preceded in death by his mother Geraldine Schuler. He is survived by his children; Dalton (Amber Wolfe), Sarah (Alex Grundhofer), Morgan (Jorden Judd), and Devin Schuler. Along with many amazing and loving aunts, uncles, cousins and so many others he loved.

Even in his unexpected passing he never stopped giving as he was able to give to the donor association and continue to help others.

He leaves in his wake many memories and laughs, and the many people who were impacted by him during his lifetime.

Eric’s celebration of life will be hosted at Broadway pizza in Blaine by his family on July 29th 2021. All friends and family are welcome to attend between 5:00pm and 9:00pm.
