Born August 10, 1965 in wickford Rhode Island to parents Roger and Joan Salter. Traci graduated from Shakopee high school and earned a degree in business administration from Mankato State University. She was manager for many years in her parents travel agency. She was involved in the hospitality industry for much of her career working as a waitress and bar tender. Her outgoing personality made her a customer favorite.
She is proceeded in death by her infant sister Nicole Marie and by her brother Andrew Salter. She is survived by her parents, Joan and Roger Salter, her sister Wendy Salter, and her partner and best friend Wade Raddatz.
