About Todd

Age 52 of Anoka, MN, passed away peacefully in his home after a long battle with colon cancer on February 24, 2021, surrounded by family.

Todd graduated from St. Cloud State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and worked on medical devices for most of his career. He was an extremely hard worker who strove for perfection, and was highly admired by his colleagues. Todd’s children were his world and he loved to spend time with family and friends. He enjoyed rugged camping, reading, listening to 70’s/80’s Rock, driving his cherished Jeep Wrangler, and playing his guitars. Todd was also an avid player of Dungeons and Dragons with his friends for over 30 years. He was a quiet but deeply feeling and caring person with a big heart and a great sense of humor. He was a devoted father, son, brother and friend that will be greatly missed.

Todd is survived by his daughter Kelly (22), sons Derek (20) and Nick (14). His mother Sue (Robert) Knoblauch, step-mother Nancy Johnson, sisters Tami (Vicki) Johnson and Julie (Eric) Wang, former wife Krista Johnson and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Todd is preceded in death by his father, Dale Johnson, his grandparents and his good friend Wayne Wallen.
