Born on May 20, 1976, in Lakeville, Minnesota, Todd spent portions of his childhood in Wisconsin, Michigan, Tennessee, and Texas before returning to Minnesota, where he built a life centered on family, friendship, and hard work. After graduating from Lakeville High School, Todd began his career with Best Buy Corporate, where he spent more than 25 years on the Transportation team. He recently celebrated his 25-year milestone with the company and was respected and appreciated by colleagues throughout his career.
On November 12, 2016, Todd married Michelle in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together they built a life filled with love, laughter, family traditions, and treasured memories.
Todd had a remarkable ability to make people laugh, often when they least expected it. His quick wit and sense of humor could lighten any situation, and spending time with him almost always included a laugh. He was thoughtful in ways both big and small and was known as an exceptional gift giver who always seemed to find the perfect present. Whether he was behind the grill, tackling a home improvement project, building something with his hands, or cheering on Minnesota sports teams, Todd brought humor and joy to everything he did.
Some of Todd’s happiest moments were spent with family—traveling together, grilling for gatherings, working on projects around the house, playing video games with Abby, or simply enjoying a quiet evening with Michelle and the dogs nearby. Family was at the center of his life, and he loved and cared for those closest to him with unwavering devotion.
Todd will be remembered for his laughter, his generosity, his loyalty, and his ability to bring joy to everyday moments. He leaves behind countless memories that will continue to bring smiles to those who knew and loved him.
