Timothy T. France 56 of Elk River passed away on October 14th, 2021. Tim was born May 24th 1965 to Robert and Elsie France of Oakdale. Science was his passion. He was a chemist for water analysis. His work sent him to Italy. Working on renewable fuel, his process sent him to Netherlands. In October of 1993, he married Margaret Juenemann and settled in Elk River, MN.

Electronics and woodworking kept him tinkering. He made treasures with his scroll saw. The family called him gadget man. He had a love for the outdoors. His favorite activities were Kayaking, downhill, cross country and water skiing. He enjoyed yearly fishing trips with his brother Archie. Camping, hiking and just sitting around a campfire with family and friends.

Tim was a quiet man but his music taste was from heavy metal to polka. We will miss him forever and ever amen.

Preceded in death by his mother Elsie France (2021) and son in law Jeffrey Harrison (2014)
