Timothy “Tim” Hatcher Obituary

Timothy Hatcher, 65, of Isanti, MN, passed away on June 27, 2025, at his home, surrounded by loved ones, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on December 12, 1959, in Minneapolis, MN, Tim lived a life defined by resilience, humility, and generosity.

Tim was known for his strong-willed attitude and for speaking his truth. You never had to guess what he was thinking. Yet, he remained humble and deeply cared for those around him.

He dedicated himself to physically demanding work. His bravery, problem-solving skills, love for spirited debates, and readiness to lend a helping hand will remain lasting memories.

Above all, Tim cherished his family. He delighted in long phone conversations and last-minute gatherings. One of his greatest joys was being a grandfather.

Tim is survived by his wife, Cindy Hatcher; daughters, Jennifer Hatcher (John Kaunzner) and Susan Hatcher (Tony LaLonde); son, Kevin Martin; granddaughters, Zoey and Falen Kaunzner; sister, Vickie Schanke (Dave Schanke); and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on September 12, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at Crystal VFW Post 494, where family and friends will gather to honor Tim’s life. Food will be provided.
