A Strong Willed Loving Father

As the wind blows

And the river flows

The sun rays

Kiss the grass

Life begins and life ends.

But that does not mean we won't see each other again.

It is not goodbye

About Tommy

Thomas James Anderson was born Tuesday, May 13, 1975 at 3:03 pm at Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul, MN. Died April 28, 2021 from stage 4 colon cancer.

Preceded in death by Father Thomas Jeffry Spanyard and Brother Dylan Fick and Brother in law Andy Schippel. Survived by Children: Tiffani, Tiffaney Marie, Hailey Jo & Grandmother Arlene Westphal & Parents Linda & Don Anderson. Siblings Laura, Todd, Jared, Krista, Jessica, Michael, Aimee. Tommy was blessed with Grandchildren Jaiden, Maxine, Gabriella, Elliona, Luna-Lyn and Gabriel Jr. & many more Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.

Tommy lived in St. Paul, Hopkins, Minnetonka, and Lexington, MN. As an adult he loved to travel.

Tommy received his High School diploma from Johnson High School.

Tommy had 2 children, Tiffaney Marie and Hailey Jo, with his teenage sweetheart, Jamie Lyn Colbeth who were together for many years. Jamie cared for Tommy during his last days of his life, as well as many of his early days. If 2020 wasn't crazy enough, Tommy found out he had a 28 year old daughter Tiffani Adele Freeman, who is a wonderful addition to our family.

Tommy always had his arms and heart open for all beings. He didn't walk into a room without spreading love, peace and radiating with compassion. Though he may have driven everyone as crazy as he could he also made sure we all knew he loved us endlessly. He definitely traveled wherever his heart took him in that moment, but only if it felt right for him.
