Terry Mills, 77, passed away on August 24, 2026, in Burnsville, Minnesota, following a brief illness.

Born on October 4, 1948, in Detroit, Michigan, he was the son of Harold and Rose (Wright) Mills.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Kent Mills; and his sister, Judith Sharrow.

He is held in loving memory by Pam, his wife of 54 years; his five sons, Matt, Jeff (Lora), Nick (Kal), Greg (Nikki), and Tim (Jamie); his six cherished grandchildren; his brother, David (Mary) Mills; and his sister, Susan Markham.

Terry proudly served his country as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. The values of honor and commitment that defined his military service remained evident throughout his life.

He was a longtime member of The Well United Methodist Church in Rosemount, Minnesota, and gave his time as a volunteer with Mobility International, Twin Cities.

Those who knew Terry will remember him as a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend, whose legacy will live on through the family he loved and the many lives he touched.

A family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
