life story

A most generous and caring soul

Susan was the oldest of 8 children. She had 6 brothers and 1 sister.

She had two children Dawn the oldest and Gary who married Michele and blessed her with two grandchildren, Sara and Tony. In 2020 became a great-grandma to Johnny.

Sue really enjoyed making everyone happy and she loved to entertain. Boy could she put out a spread, enough food to feed 30 when we only had 10. That was how she was, her love language was food and baked goods. She always had some kind of treats readily available for anyone that stopped by.

In fact I think that some of her friends may lose a few pounds without her delicious cupcakes and cookies.

Sue married Tom in 2005, it was a second marriage for both. They had been together for a few years before they tied the knot. She added a stepson Brandon and stepdaughter Erin to her family and also a Granddaughter Laylah.

During their time together, Sue learned to golf because of Tom. She really enjoyed it and was very good for learning later in life. They traveled to Ireland and Jamaica and also took a cruise to Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel. About 10 years ago, after they had both retired, they started to go to Arizona for the winter and eventually purchased a home there. They spent time with friends and loved being snowbirds.

Susan was patient, loving and generous, a true and loyal friend. There will be a big hole in our lives now that she is gone. She was the best.

Petcie

Petcie was originally bought by my Mom and Tom for his mother Fern. Fern spoiled that little guy and after she passed away, Mom took care of Petcie. He traveled with them to Arizona when they went. Mom would buy chicken thighs and cook them up for him, he was well loved and taken care and was a special little companion to her. He passed over the rainbow bridge a few years ago so now she is reunited with her buddy.
