Shirley Ann Ortendahl, 87, of Bagley, Minnesota passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at the Bemidji Sanford Medical Center.

Shirley was born on November 28, 1934 in Shevlin, Minnesota to parents Walfred and Anna (Wickstrom) Ortendahl.

She attended Bagley High School graduating in 1953. She also attended Cosmetology School and Nursing School.

Shirley had many special qualities. Her kind and gentle nature was appreciated by the patients she cared for at the Clearwater County Memorial Hospital. She was an animal lover, especially her horses and dogs.

She had many hobbies including horseback riding, skiing, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, sewing, knitting, reading, and gardening-to name a few.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, sisters-Marie Ortendahl and Evonne Larson; and her brother-David Ortendahl.
