Shelly B. Martinson, age 55 of Bloomington, MN, journeyed to the spirit world the evening of April 19th, 2025, at home, surrounded by her loving family.
Shelly was born in Minneapolis, MN on February 2nd, 1970, the daughter of Dennis & Betty Cordie. She was a graduate from Richfield High School and went on to have a wonderful career as an esthetician.
Shelly had many passions in life, but none more than spending time with her family. She found her greatest joy in being a grandmother to Ayden, Jayla, Evan, Kalvin, Lynae, Vincent and Sebastian. She also loved planting flowers, thrifting, watching her favorite shows and crafting.
She was proceeded in death by her father Dennis Cordie. Shelly is survived by her mother, Betty Cordie; Son, Matthew Cordie; Daughter, Ashley Maenke; Daughter, Alexis Gorham; Son, Cameron Morton; Sister, Christy Cordie (Gary).
Memorial service for friends and family will be held Friday, May 2nd. 2025, at St. Bonaventure Church, 901 East 90th Street, Bloomington, MN. Visitation will begin at 10:00am, services at 11:00am, with a reception to follow.
