About Sharon
Age 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by family January 17, 2025, at her residence in Medford, MN. Born August 30, 1939, in Austin, MN, to Alfred and Fern (Gumbusky) Wolesky.
She is a 1957 graduate of Owatonna High School and married Roger Hagen November 22, 1957. They had 3 children together and later divorced in 1997. She worked at Jostens until retirement in 2001. She had a love for Elvis Presley and Minnesota Vikings. Along with sewing, basket weaving, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by daughter, Brenda (Fernando) Hagen-Gonzales; son, Darren (Melanie) Hagen; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and nephews & nieces.
Preceded in death by daughter, Jodi (Hagen) Talbert.
Family, friends and others whose lives Sharon touched are invited to Congregational Church of Christ Medford, MN, Saturday, January 25. Visitation 2pm-4pm, ceremony at 4 pm and remembrance to support each other following the ceremony. Private graveside service at a later date. Service is casual and request to wear purple or Minnesota Vikings attire.
