About Shannon

Shannon was delivered on this earth by God through Linda who, unselfishly, wanted a better chance for her new born baby girl. She was placed in the arms of her loving parents, Kenneth and Jackie Revell 4 days later.

She attended Arlington Schools throughout her early educational years starting with Foster Elementary and graduating from Sam Houston High School.

After graduation she attended TCC and worked nights for the Hampton Inn.

In 2000 Shannon began her career as a county clerk for Justice of the Peace Roy Kurban where she remained until moving to the Houston area.

In 2010 she met Robert Hise and married in 2017, then in the fall of 2019, Shannon contracted bladder cancer and kidney failure. Robert faithfully stayed by her side, attending her needs through many treatments and reduce the pain of her illness. She fought a courageous battle to the end.

We are at peace knowing she is no longer in pain, and at rest, knowing we will see her again in another life.

Shannon was preceded in death 4 months earlier by her father Ken and survived by her Husband, Robert. Mother, Jackie. Daughters: Lauren Revell, Brooke and Morgan Dowden, Stepson: Landon, and several Aunts, Uncles, cousins and an abundance of friends.

A celebration of life and memorial will be planned in Arlington, TX on Saturday, August 6th. , venue and time TBD.
