Scott Roger Noebel passed away on February 17, 2026, at the age of 69. Scott was born June 28, 1956, in Milwaukee, WI. Scott attended, and played football for, both Baylor University and Southern Methodist University. His commitment and tenacity were exemplified in playing D1 football at these schools after being told he would never be good enough as an athlete. Scott was a man of strong principles who believed that a person’s word was their bond. His Christian faith was deeply important to him and shaped his character, strengthened his resolve, and defined the way he loved others. He lived a life grounded in a strong work ethic and believed in trying to bring out the best in others. He was predeceased by his parents, Allan and Janet Noebel, and is survived by his brothers Dennis, Jeff, Gregg, and Todd.
