life story
A loving Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Uncle, Teacher, and Coach
Scott Michael Allen (July 11, 1964 - January 25, 2026)
Scott Allen, 61, of Roseville, MN passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 25, 2026 surrounded by his family.
He was born in Red Wing, MN in 1964 to Ronald and Sandra Allen. He is survived by his wife, Rose Allen, daughters Erika (Michelle) Allen, and Kasey (Bobby) Conley, his sister Rona (Bob) Hamann, and father Ron Allen. He was preceded in death by his mother Sandra Allen, and other loving family members.
Scott was a devoted educator and coach and loved his students and athletes. He retired from Roseville Area Schools in 2020 and began working for the Minnesota Twins as a beloved guest service team leader; however, his favorite job was being a dad. He was so proud of his girls and lit up whenever he talked about them. Scott was known for his generosity and big heart. He always knew how to make others laugh. Scott was a huge sports fan - especially the MN Twins, but nothing could beat watching his girls play hockey and volleyball.
Scott and Rose were married in 1992 and would celebrate their 34th anniversary this July. They loved to travel and attend sporting events together. When they weren’t out and about, he was most likely snuggled up on the couch with his kitties, Macey and Sully.
Scott left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He will be greatly missed. He is resting now and will be a guardian angel to his loved ones.
