About Scott
On January 27th, 2022, the world lost an amazing man, our father Scott Campbell, who was loved by many. He suffered an untimely death. He was loved by very many people and was always there for everyone, willing to help others always putting loved ones before himself and his own problems whether it be a friend, his kids or his siblings. He cared about others more than himself. He just wanted to see people happy.
Our father will forever be in our hearts. He raised us through the toughest of times when no one else was there, he always was. With him we always had someone to run to and someone to trust. He raised us two boys on his own and against all odds but it never bothered him as long as we had each other.
He left behind a legacy of caring, nourishment, and selfless love and endless knowledge. He spent his younger years on the road passing through and living in every state, seeing the whole country. Throughout his travels he acquired many skills such as any type of cooking imaginable, heavy machine operation, road construction, and auto mechanics. He was even a bouncer at a bar down south for a while and many more walks of life too many to name them all.
There's a lot of nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends that idolize him. He taught so much to all of his loved ones, he raised people that weren't his kids. He had a golden soul. He had such a way with words, that he had the ability to light up the darkest of rooms with a well-spoken story or his everlasting enormous sense of humor. He could take away any amount of pain from anyone with one of his hugs and he'd do it for anyone no matter what. Even our mother, even though they weren't always on the best terms and always had differences, no matter how bad things were between them he would always be there with a big hug and some jokes to pull her through a tough time.
He truly was a one of a kind person. He was so complex but such a simple man at the same time. Because when it boiled down to it, he just wanted to raise his boys and make sure we were taken care of and live life to the fullest as he did. Out of everything he did, in his eyes his kids were his biggest accomplishments and we're going to keep his legacy going and his wishes of celebrating his life and all he did after he passed.
He will be survived by us two boys and his oldest, his daughter Alexis, who has been living out of state but he never stopped talking about his little girl who he loved very much.
We thank everyone very much for showing your support your kind words and condolences he will be missed by many.
Sincerely, The Campbell boys, Hunter and Skyler
