Scarlet was born on January 23, 1953 in Orlando, Fl. She was a beautiful dancing queen who loved her family. She worked hard and loved to have fun. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Eddie, daughter Penny, son Bud, sister Shirley, brothers Jesse, Vander and Archie and many grand and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Archie and Enorma, daughter Edie, siblings Norene, Bonnie, Essta, Mark and Barney.
