Ryan Oscar Hoya’s Life

Ryan Oscar Hoya, Born in Kansas City, Was layed to rest after a long fight with lung cancer: Ryan was just a 14 year old Boy, Days away from turning 15. Ryan loved to play basketball, He spent hours running up the court. He would always run home with Matthew and Cameron by his side, He would be lost without them. His mom says, “ I remember him running home from the court one day and crying, i asked what’s wrong and he said Matthew was moving to liberty.” There friendship was that close that the 20 minute gap between there homes meant so much. Matthew And Cameron are family to us, They have always been there with there positive attitudes and I could not have asked for better people to surround Ryan with. They were the siblings he wish he had. Ryans Mom shares, “ I feel horrible for those boys, They are just 15, Having to carry there childhoods friends casket, and bury him, I don’t know how they do it. To walk up there, Look down at Ryan, And for Matthew to give a speech that was so meaningful, He struggled to stand on his own power, But i’ll never forget it, Those Boys are incredible.”
