Ron was the third of four children born to Matthew and Elsie (Simons) Blechinger. He is survived by his children William “Bill” (Donna) Blechinger, Elizabeth “Bette Ann” (Lauren) Dahl, Ric (Shelly) Blechinger, sister Darlene Petrey, sister-in-law Barb Blechinger, six grandchildren (Brianna, Michael, Amanda, Garrett, Heather, Shawn), and two great grandchildren (Dmitrius, Jamie).
Ron enjoyed the outdoors and especially deer hunting which he looked forward to every year. His ashes will be spread on the North Shore of Lake Superior where he spent many years deer hunting with multi-generations of family. Ron will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
