About Roland

Roland was born in Bay City, MI and lived there until 1978, when he semi-retired to Port Charlotte, FL with his wife Ione. Roland Campbell and Ione Dutcher were married and had 3 boys soon thereafter; Tim, Jon, and Don.

He was a member of the Gulf Cove United Methodist Church, Port Charlotte, FL, Eljobean VFW and Englewood Elks. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was deployed in the south Pacific. He was survived by his wife Ione and two sons, Tim Campbell of Cadillac, MI, Don Campbell of Vista, CA, and 14 grandchildren.
