Roger Bailey of North Oaks, MN passed away peacefully on November 18, 2024, at the age of 89.

Roger was born on June 17, 1935 in Brainerd, MN. Preceded in death by parents Carleton and Alice (Jacobson) Bailey, brothers Howard Bailey, Kenneth Bailey, and Bill Bailey, and son Jeffry Bailey.

Roger was once an avid bowler and had a lifetime love of photography. He met his wife, Carolen, of nearly 70 years while in high school.

He was a passionate instructor of graphic arts at 916 Vo-Tech and Century College.

Making clocks, bird houses, and benches to give away brought him lots of enjoyment.

Spending winters at his second home in Melbourne, FL with family and friends was a special joy.

Survived by his wife Carolen Bailey, sons Paul (Donna) Bailey, James (Kirsten) Bailey, grandson Eric (Hannah) Bailey, granddaughters Cynthia Bailey, and Elizabeth (Kyle) Glowa, and great granddaughter Evelyn Glowa.

The family will have a celebration of life in June 2025 on what would be his 90th birthday.
