Roberta Ann “Bobbi Ann” Lussier (“Diindiisi” - Blue Jay), 70, of Red Lake, MN died Tuesday November 30, 2021 in Sanford Fargo Medical Center.

She was born July 5, 1951 in Red Lake, the daughter of Elmer Robert Lussier, Sr. and Margaret Rose (Spears) Lussier. She worked for the Red Lake Police Department as a dispatcher for many years and later became a home base worker at Family and Children Services until she retired.

Bobbi loved to socialize, cook, spend time with her family and listen to her oldies. She was a caring, generous woman who was like another mom to all her nieces and nephews, she was also affectionately called “Gram” by her great nieces and nephews, she earned that title by being so loving.

She is survived by her siblings Arlen “Skidge” (Eldora) Lussier Sr., Gilbert Lussier Sr., Debbie Reynolds, Sandra “Nonny” (Ron) Sigana, Alice “Maysa” Lussier, Leslie Lussier and Linda (Kevin) Lussier. Grandchildren: Robert (Cindy) Lussier Jr., Vernelle (Ricky) Lussier, Alicia Johnson, Dylan Johnson Chassy Joy, Great-Grandchildren Zae, Zoie, Brielle, Ayasha, Landon, Tracen, Taleigha, Kordell “Baby Dan,” Jennifer, and Niece Naomi (Doug) Kingbird.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Charlie Smith Sr., adopted mom: Betty Martin, son Robert Lussier Sr., Daughter Rose “Ree” Marweg, brothers: Elmer Lussier Jr. and Wayne Lussier Sr., Sister: Darlene Needham, Grandson: Daniel Johnson, Niece Latasha Kingbird, and Nephew Brandon Beaulieu.

Honorary Pallbearers are Debbie “Johnny” Lussier, Josie Smith, Rose “Gummy” Rosebear, Sue Antone, Arlys Bloom, June Maxwell, Ole Spears, Arnold Pemberton Jr., Arnie Chaboyea, Roger Johnson, Leighshell Layton, Jan Lussier, Ron Sigana, and Cindy Jourdain-Lussier.
