A Loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather

It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Zuk of Crystal, MN. He died at the age of 73 on March 27, 2024.

About Bob

Bob was born on June 4, 1950 and raised in Moose Lake, MN.

After graduating high school, Bob was drafted into the United States Army where he served stateside during the Vietnam war era. After 18 months of service, he was honorably discharged.

He married Maryellen Kahara and together they shared a daughter, Marisa born in 1986. They resided in Crystal, MN for their entire married life.

Bob was an avid outdoorsman and had a love for boating, fishing, motorcycle rides, and camping. He was a great cook and enjoyed finding bargains at garage sales.

He became a grandfather to his granddaughters Drew in 2013 and Ada in 2015 who were his pride and joy.

Bob passed away peacefully and with dignity at the VA Medical Center in Minneapolis on March 27, 2024.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents Joseph (Joe) and Doris, and younger brother, David.

Bob is survived by his wife Maryellen, daughter Marisa (Dan) Stark, granddaughters Drew and Ada, and sister Judy (Darrell) Granholm.

Bob will be sorely missed by his family, loved ones and friends. In honor of Bob, please pay it forward with an act of kindness.
