Proceeded in death by his Father Harold Fredrickson, his step-father Chester Tolbert and his beloved wife Lora Fredrickson.
Rick grew up in Fergus Falls, MN where he spent his childhood surrounded by his 5 sisters. He would love to reminisce about his childhood recalling the time he was hit by a train and his mother about killed him when she found out he was alive; Eating fresh fruits and vegetables straight from the garden, and making sure there was always enough milk for his younger siblings and how he and his friends would decide whose house to eat at each night depending on what the menu was. During his younger adult life, he met his first wife and became a father to his beautiful daughter Deloris. He was a single father for many years and she was his reason for living, he eventually met the love of his life Lora and had two more children Nathaniel and Jesse. Their life was complete until his love passed unexpectedly, again making him a single father of now 3 children. During this time, he served his country for 16 years being stationed in Germany, California among other various places. When he did resign from the Army, he spent the rest of his working years working manual labor jobs while continuing to raise his family. When he was at the point where he stopped working, he moved in with his son Jesse and helped to raise his grandchildren, who were truly everything to him.
You are loved and missed by so many!
