Richard (Dick), age 95, of Osseo, MN passed away peacefully in his home on November 3rd, 2025. Preceded in death by wife, Anella (Pat). Survived by children, Rex & Brenda of Colleyville, TX, Rick & Debbie of Osseo, Buzz & Susan of Maple Grove, Rob & Elisabeth of Mesa, AZ, Ruth & Dave Cahill of Brooklyn Park, Roger & Mary of Maple Grove. Sister, Kathy Bonine of Elk River. Sisters-in-law Darlene Weber of Bemidji and Mavis Weber of Elk River. 9 grandchildren (Ryan, Natalie, Jared, Jessica, Emilee, Brady, Myles, Corbin, Sadie) and 2 great grandchildren (Zachary & Mackenzie) and 6 Cahill bonus grandkids (Alex, Nicole, Dustin, Dylan, Melanie & Chase). Proud Korean War Veteran. Gravesite service at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Cemetery at 11 am Friday, November 14th. All are welcome. Celebration of a life well lived to follow at the Osseo American Legion. We would like to thank Synergy Home Care, particularly Stephanie Johnson and Beatrice Browne, for their most excellent care over the past 5 years. Also, the good people at Benedictine Living in Osseo. We are sincerely grateful for the assistance provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Lastly, thank you to LifeSpark Hospice, Michelle Ferry, Dad’s nurse for the love and support to both him and all of us as we navigated our last best week with him at home! In lieu of gifts, donations preferred to Disabled American Veterans or St. Vicent de Paul Catholic Church.
