Born July 13,1939, St. Paul, Minnesota

Died February 24, 2022, Minneapolis, Minnesota

He attended St. Paul Public Schools and was a 1957 graduate of St. Paul Central High School.

He served in the armed forces and worked as an instructor for the Department of Corrections for 20 plus years.

Richard the youngest of 8, was preceeded in death by his parents Everett and Jessie Allison, siblings, Bernice Hardy, Margaret Walden, Arline Winfield, Pauline Spriggs, Jack Allison Sr., and Wilma Allison Moore. He is survived by his brother James R. Allison of Calif. and 2 children, James and Jill Allison, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, friends and associates.
