In loving memory of Paula Marie Simi (Paula Fabry) 2/17/1961 – 8/21/2025

Paula Marie (Fabry) Simi, Age 64, of Apple Valley, MN, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. She was born February 17, 1961, in Stevens Point, WI, to Myron (Mike) and Mary Fabry. Paula graduated from John Marshall High School in Rochester, MN, in 1979. She went on to pursue her education as an Orthodontic Assistant which brought her to the Twin Cities. She worked as an Orthodontic Assistant for 20 years. Prior to that she assisted with cleft palate oral surgeries at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

Paula will be remembered in the hearts of many for her impeccable ability to brighten the mood with smiles, laughter, practical jokes and unwavering kindness. She was very artistic and would spend hours painting cute and creative rocks to give away.

Paula's greatest legacy is her family. She is survived by her beloved spouse, Gregory Mallon, of 18 years; Children: Samantha Sokoll & Ben Rusoff of Plum City, WI, Sally Kolquist & Tyler Kolquist of Apple Valley, MN; Stepson: Christopher Mallon of Fargo, ND; Grandchildren: Luca Rusoff, Leon Rusoff; Siblings: Sherry Mahler of Hibbing, MN, Mark (Sharon) Fabry of Eagan, MN, Vicki (Mark) Majorowicz of Rochester, MN, and Michael (Lisa Anderson) Fabry of Apple Valley, MN, and many cherished nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Mike and Mary Fabry.

Paula wanted her life to be celebrated. There will be a celebration of her life on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 4:30-8:00 pm, in the private room at Cowboy Jacks, 14998 Glazier Ave, Apple Valley, MN.
