A loving mother and grandmother

Patricia (Tricia) Barile (Muscari) died peacefully on November 9th, 2021 in Patchogue, New York at the age of 70.

Tricia is survived by her only child, B. Barile, and her beautiful granddaughter, Sophia Barile-Swain, who was the light of her life. She is also survived by her long-term partner, Frank Sembler, and her brother. In her final days, she spent time with her child, reminiscing of their memories with photographs, and she reminded everyone to live life as authentically as you can, with a loving and accepting spirit. A private remembrance gathering will be held for her immediate family, and a celebration of life will be shared later.

Being a grandmother...

Nearly every photograph of her is with Sophia. Grandma Barile loved our Long Island visits, annual tours of the Long Island Aquarium (we loved her laugh as she watched the sea lion shows!) and visits to Geneva. She loved looking at photographs so much, she'd often share other's Facebook posts to her "wall" so that she could easily find those photos later.
