Our forever Fairy
Nenee lived a “Fairy life”. She did what she wanted and rarely let someone coerce her to change her ways.
I remember hearing that all the magic and power a fairy had was in their wings. So it would make sense that (as the myth goes) fairies would protect their wings because their life depended upon it. And if their wings were removed they’d have much shorter lives.
Lupus and Leukemia “clipped” her wing, made her incomplete, but that didn’t stop her from living the way she wanted to - like that fairy is not going to stop living like a fairy because it lost some part of or both of its wings. It’s still going to live … as a fairy. She did that.

Celebration of LIfe
November 13, 2024
Jackson Town Hall 1091 130th St W, Shakopee, MN 55379, USA
We are celebrating NeNee and her colorful life and personality. She would want this to be a happy event and not a sad one. In honor of her wishes, there is no need to dress in formal funeral/memorial attire but casual. She would want us to be comfortable while celebrating her. NeNee's favorite color was neon green; she loved magical/mystical fairies, and if you'd like to add that element to your attire in honor of her memory, we encourage it.
