Michael Craig White, 73, of Red Lake, MN died on Friday, January 5, 2024 at the Essentia - St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth, MN.

Michael was born on August 29, 1950 in Red Lake, Minnesota, to Charles and Patricia (Lussier) White. He attended Red Lake School, graduating in 1968. He went on to attend Northwest Technical School in Bemidji, MN and graduated with an accounting degree.

He worked in accounting all his adult life. He lived in Portland, Oregon and Minneapolis, MN for a number of years. He then returned to Red Lake and worked for Red Lake Builders, Red Lake Gaming in the benefits department and in Human Resources for the Red Lake Band.

In his spare time Michael loved going to the Casino and playing Bingo, keeping his yard well groomed, and went out of his way to celebrate birthdays and holidays with family and friends.

Michael is survived by his mother, Patricia White of Red Lake; a brother, Anthony White of Minneapolis; 2 sisters, Kari White of Minneapolis and Randi White of Red Lake; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles White; brothers, Raymond White, Ellis Lee White, Joel White, Robert White, and Dari White; and nephews, Matthew White and Brenan Stately.

Rev. John Christianson will be officiating. A wake will begin at 12:00 p.m., noon on Wednesday, January 10th and will continue until the time of the service on Thursday at the center. Interment will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Red Lake, MN.
