Mary Lou Kojak

Mary Lou Kojak, 69, passed away Thursday October 28, 2021 at her home in Apple Valley. She was born August 27, 1952 in St. Paul, MN to Orval and Phyllis (Sandquist) Asleson. She was united in marriage on May 27, 1972 at Holy Trinity Church in South St. Paul to James Daniel Kojak. Mary retired from Southview Acres Health Care Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant after 20+ years of service. She loved her family, animals, bingo, margaritas and Jesus.

She is survived by her husband, James Daniel Kojak; 3 children, Angelina (Trent) Corty, James V (Becky) Kojak, Kelly (Daniel) Cline; 8 grandchildren, Dustin, Kendall, Alexander, Ellis, Andrew, Greyson, Reagan, Evelyn; 8 siblings, Vicky Kuhn, Susan Fosse, Paul Asleson, Mike Asleson, Terry Asleson, Tim Asleson, Jerry Asleson, Jeff Asleson.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Jane Behrman, Sharon Clayton, Thomas Aselson and David Asleson.
