Mary Ellen DeJarlais

A beautiful tough spirit is now on a new journey

Mary was born in Robbinsdale, MN. After graduation from Armstrong High School, she found her way to Anchorage, Alaska where she resided for over forty years.

Mary was a documentation specialist for the oil and gas industry. She loved to travel, was an avid gardener, movie buff, lover of animals, softball manager extraordinaire and was known as " I am crazy Mary".

Mary is preceded in death by her mother Frances Martens. She is survived by her father Edward J DeJarlais; children Jason (Shiela) DeJarlais, Justin Butcher; grandchildren Caleb, Lilly and Adam DeJarlais; siblings Becky (Mike) Lawrence, Michael (Judy) DeJarlais; numerous relatives and friends; and her beloved dogs Boris and Riggs.

Per Mary's wishes no service will be held, but she will go to rest in Alaska.

Any Memorial donations can be made to the charity of one's choice.

Mary had a powerful, positive impact on all of our lives. She will be deeply missed.
