Mary Elizabeth (Thompson) Anderson age 84 of Maple Grove, MN passed away on Saturday Jan 7, 2023 at her apartment at Arbor Lakes Senior Living in Maple Grove, MN.

Mary was born the youngest daughter of Sidney and Evinda (Coltom) Thompson on August 24, 1938 in Pepin, WI. She was married to the love of her life John Peter Anderson on July 28, 1956.

She is survived by daughters, Diana (Jim) Livers (of Red Wing, MN) & Denice (Rod) Sweeney (of Minneapolis, MN); grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Stephanie (Jeremy) Uchtman (Oscar (17), Alexis (13), and Jack (11)), Monti (Jenni Zastrow) Anderson (Chloe (18)), Michael (Amber) Livers (Joseph (11)), Sandra (Koki) Brenes (Gavin (18), Daphne (16)) & John Anderson; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by parents, Sidney & Evinda Thompson; siblings, Claude & Sheryl Thompson, Hugh and Gertrude Thompson, Peal & Harvey Frederick, Merlin and Dahlia Thompson; nieces, Candace Thompson & Jessica Rumpca; and nephew, Kip Thompson.

CELEBRATION of Mary’s Life will be held on Friday, Jan 27, 2023, with visitation at 9:00am, service at 10:00am, at Arbor Lakes Senior Living, 12001 80th Ave No, Maple Grove, MN.

Interment will be on Saturday, May 13, 2023, 10:00am at Marie Lund Cemetery W10899 County Rd CC, Stockholm, WI 54769.
