Loving Mother, Aunt, Sister, Daughter and Best Friend to All!

She always knew how to make anyone feel better!

Mary Carolyn Mackall, 69, passed away on May 9, 2022 unexpectedly after a long battle with many health issues. Despite her health, Carolyn lived a long and memorable life. She was born on July 25, 1952 in Steubenville, OH to James and Helen Mackall. Carolyn made her way to MN and in 1996 took on being a Foster Mother to Vanessa Appel. She worked for many years as a lunch server at Cornelia Elementary where she proudly served many children until she retired, she very much loved her job and spoke of it often with much joy.

Carolyn will be remembered by foster daughter Vanessa Appel (Hembd) and grandchildren William, Savannah and Katy May. She is preceded in death by Father James Mackall and mother Helen Mackall.
