Marlene Fay Kjelland, 81, Park Rapids, MN passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at Essentia Health Oak Crossing in Detroit Lakes, MN.

Marlene was born August 20, 1943 in Moorhead, MN to Colby and Antonia (Redepenning) Struck. She grew up in the Moorhead area. After high school she worked as a dental tech at a dental lab in Fargo.

Marlene was united in marriage to Donald Kjelland in Ada, MN in 1989. They retired to Park Rapids.

Marlene enjoyed being outdoors. She liked fishing, hunting, flowers and birds. She liked cats and dogs, taking pictures and collected sayings. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
