Mark Edward Dougherty of NE Minneapolis and Juneau, AK, born December 26, 1951, died peacefully on August 04, 2023.

Preceeded in death by father Thomas E. and brother Thomas J. Dougherty and Aunt Dulane Dixon.

Mark is survived by much-loved daughters Brittney (Brian) Cooper, Brenna Hendrix, Shawna Glazier, four grandsons, mother Joyce, siblings Colleen (Scott) Corrigan, Patrick, Sheila (Allen) Kirk and cousin Shannon Dixon.

Mark graduated from St. Anthony High and attended St. Thomas College. He was co-owner of a contracting company and was awarded Builder of the Year while in Juneau, Alaska. He enjoyed cooking, family dinners and Sunday football, being in the trees or at the lake, camping, fishing and any kind of boat.

Mark’s kindness, compassion and appreciation will be missed.

My front tracks are headed for a cold water well
