life story

Forever in our hearts

He measured life not in miles but in moments of shared laughter, open skies, and the quiet peace of a well-traveled path.

In Loving Memory of Mark Andrew Camden

Mark Andrew Camden, 43, was born in Papillion, Nebraska and passed away on October 8, 2025, in Minnesota. He will be remembered first and foremost for his big heart, quick wit, infectious smile, and the kind of laugh that filled a room. Mark touched the lives of all who knew him.

Mark met life’s challenges with grit, ingenuity, and a generous spirit. A self-taught problem-solver, he was confident he could figure out anything set before him. Friends and family knew him as the person who would stay late to help clean up, share what he had so others could enjoy something special, and offer steadfast encouragement when it was needed most. He never asked for the spotlight; he simply showed up for people.

Curious and deeply intelligent, Mark enjoyed learning and finding practical solutions. He was a realist with a hopeful edge, resourceful, and resilient in equal measure. He found daily joy and unconditional love in the companionship of his loyal dog, Daisy.

Mark loved the outdoors and the sense of freedom it brought him. Whether camping under the stars, casting a line at first light, taking a boat on quiet water, or finding a new trail to hike just for the view at the top, Mark found peace while being in nature. That same spirit of discovery carried him to faraway places with his siblings, collecting stories and a deep appreciation for the beauty and variety of places and people he encountered along the way.

Mark is lovingly remembered by his mother, Jeanne Hargrave, and his father, Darwin Camden. He is cherished by his siblings, Jennifer Camden and her fiancé, Ariel; David Camden and his wife, Danial; Jeff Camden and his wife, Tracy; Melissa Lenagh and her husband, Ryan; and his former brother-in-law, King Chau. He is also survived by his grandmother, Kathaleen Siebenborn, and his nephews, Max, Collin, and Gavin. Mark was preceded in death by his step-father, Jack Hargrave.

All who knew Mark will carry forward his humor, resourcefulness, and quiet kindness. We miss him dearly and we grieve together. We pray that his memory, which we hold close to our hearts, will be a blessing to all.
