Lynsey Papp

Lynsey was born in Iowa to Buddy and Mary Billmeyer. She was the oldest of three girls; preceded in death by Marlys (Tony) Wheeler, and is survived by her sister Diana (Kevin) Langreck.

Lynsey worked many years in retail - Walgreens, Sears, and eventually retiring from Walmart. In retirement, she enjoyed time at home with her cats and her many books. She gave to charities such as the Rockford Rescue Mission and the ASPCA.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the above charities, or others that help the homeless or animals, would be appreciated.
