Our Loving, Beautiful Momma

Lydia Saucedo passed away on February 25 at the age of 92. Preceded in death by husband Rudolph; children Susan, Patricia and Rudy Jr, grandson Andre and 9 older siblings. Survived by children, Joseph (Jeanette) Saucedo, JoAnn (Tim) Borgan, Debbie (Sesar) Briseno and Cindy (Mark) Smith; 20 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends. Lydia's loving, caring and endearing personality was touched by everyone she met. In the late 70's when Lydia learned about the wonderful promise of a resurrection in the Bible, she decided she wanted to teach others this beautiful truth, so she volunteered her time in the ministry, an activity she loved. That resurrection hope at John 5:28, 29 is what gave Lydia her faith and strength right to the end of her life. The family would like to thank the caring staff in the Memory Care Unit at Vista Prairie Senior Living Facility. There will be a Zoom Memorial Service on Saturday, March 13, 2021 starting with a slideshow at 12:45 pm and service starting at 1pm.
