Louise Evelyn Halverson, beloved mother, grandmother and friend passed away quietly at her home on February 6th, 2025, at the age of 72.

Louise was born December 22, 1952, in St. Paul, MN to Leland and Lucile (Bortz) Bendickson, the oldest of five children. She graduated from Maplewood High School with honors. She later made her home in Bemidji MN, where she proudly earned an Associate Business Degree at Northwest Technical College and was self-employed.

She spent her free time with her children and their families, special friends, gardening and thrifting. Louise was a proud and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be lovingly remembered and missed.

Louise Evelyn Halverson is survived by her children Ronda (Brett) Palmer of Walker, MN, Angela (James) Hanson of Shevlin, MN, Catrina (Jason) Vernlund of Turtle River, MN, and Keith (Anna) Halverson of Bemidji, MN, 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Les.
