Louis Medwin

Louis Medwin, 72, of Toms River, passed away on September 15, 2025 surrounded by his beloved wife of 44 years, Nancy and his children, Jason, Monica, Scott, and Katie. He is survived by his five grandchildren, his loving sister Marcia and her husband Seymour Kagan, brother Alan Medwin, and brother Jim Jones.

Lou was born in Bluefield, Virginia to Milton and Frances Medwin, who preceded him in death.

Lou was a man of great presence who always seemed to have a joke for anyone he met. He loved his family immensely and his eyes lit up whenever he spoke about his grandchildren. He was fond of visiting Maine for vacations where he seemed to find a sense of peace.

Lou's kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family will never be forgotten.
