Lloyd Kelly Sylvester, age 88 of Minneapolis, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021. Preceded in death by his parents John and Victoria Sylvester; his brothers Vernon, Herbert, William, Alvin, Floyd and Freddie and sisters Verna Mae and Lou Ethel; his son John and daughter-in-law Tessie, and his granddaughter Shanita Renee.

Survived by his loving wife Betty, oldest son Parnell Sylvester, three daughters Victoria Hicks (Wallace III), Regina Jackson (James), Cora Shorter, two sisters Elizabeth Hursey and Carolyn Batiste (both of Lake Charles, LA), 15 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
