A Loving Wife and Mother

Lindsay navigated many health challenges throughout her life relating to DiGeorge Syndrome. Despite these challenges she lived life to the fullest. She was a caring, selfless, and loving person advocating for children diagnosed with DiGeorge and providing guidance and assurance to their parents. She loved music, coffee, seafood and spending time with her family on hikes, fishing, or on her parent’s boat.

About Lindsay

Lindsay Lee Chow, 38 of Eagan, Minnesota passed away peacefully at Fairview U of M Hospital on February 23rd, 2021 due to complications from an emergency surgery.

Lindsay was born on February 27, 1982 in Rochester MN to Trent Borgesen and JoMarie (Leth) Morris.

Lindsay graduated from Pine Island High School and then attended Mankato State University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in English. She also received her CCA and CCS medical coding certifications working as a medical coder at the time of her death.

On February 28, 2014 Lindsay married her best friend and love of her life David Chow. Lindsay and David have one son, 7-year-old Aiden Chow, whom Lindsay cherished and loved.

Lindsay is survived by her husband David, son Aiden, mother JoMarie Morris, step-father Michael Bauer, mother-in-law Lily Chow, sister Katie Borgesen, step-sister Erica (Tony) Arndt, step-brother Ross Bauer, brother-in-law Maxwell Chow, brother-in-law Chaney (Pamela) Chow, sister-in-law Lily Marr, and sister-in-law Michelle (Jim) Tamburo, maternal grandparents, Barbara and Douglas Leth, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Trent Borgesen, her father-in-law Michael Chow and her paternal grandparents, Kathy and Stan Borgesen.

Celebration of Lindsay's Life

Lindsay's Celebration of Life is set for August 7th from 11am to 3pm. We will have a short ceremony in which we invite anyone to come up and share their story or memory of Lindsay. Then a short ceremony where her ashes will be released. Please join us to celebrate Lindsay's life. There will be food and drinks. It is our hope that through this celebration, we will all leave with smiles of fond memories and her spirit in our hearts.
