Devoted mother and grandmother.

Linda Sue White (Riley), 74, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 17th, 2022 at Highlandspring Nursing Facility, in Fort Thomas, KY in between many visits from her family.

Linda was born in, Covington, KY on February 19, 1948, to her parents, Zada Darnell and Jack Riley. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers Mike Riley (Barb) and King “Duke” Darnell III.

Linda is survived by her sisters Sharon Webber, Robin Harmison (Richard), Deena Darnell (Lindsey), Dani Darnell; her children Lynn Ewing (Donny), Boyd Cantrell Jr., Deborah Cantrell (John), Raymond Kowolonek (Brandi), Heather Kowolonek; as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Linda loved cooking for her family, entertaining at parties and dressing up for the holidays. She will especially be remembered for the love she had for her grandchildren and great grandchildren, of whom she’d do absolutely anything for.

A memorial celebration of Linda’s life will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022 at The New Testament Baptist Church, located at 312 Elm St. Newport, KY. Join the celebration any time from 11 am to 1pm; there will also be a short service with food and refreshments afterward.
