life story

Mother, Nana, Sister, Aunt, and dear friend went home to Heaven on May 21, 2026.

We will greatly miss her presence in our lives, but we are grateful for the legacy she left us and that she is free from any pain and burdens.

Linda was born on July 3, 1941 in St. Paul, MN. She was the youngest of five children born to Giuseppe and Averilla D'Antoni. She fondly spoke of the love of her family and the bond they shared. Linda was a mother of twins, Eric Burrill and Jessica O'Donnell, whom she devoted her life to. She was an amazing woman and played the single role of parents. Linda was a long-time employee of Deluxe Check Printers and Dayton's Department Store. She was an amazing baker and loved Christmas and 4th of July. She was a collector of Antiques and loved working in Stillwater also. Linda found enjoyment going to estate sales and antiquing with her sisters and friends.

Linda's greatest joy was her grandson, Hunter. She was the best Nana ever.

Linda is survived by her children, Jessica (Bob) O'Donnell of Vadnais Heights, MN, and Eric Burrill (Angie) of Jordan, MN; one special grandson, Hunter O'Donnell; sister, Betty Jo (Jerry) Kidd; many wonderful nieces and nephews; and very special friend Rita.

Linda is preceded in death by her loving parents, Giuseppe and Averilla D'Antoni; brother, Wayne (Lee) Bettis; and sisters, Joyce (Truman) Hjelle and Lidwyina Orbita.

We would like to send a heartfelt Thank you to all of the amazing staff and volunteers who took such special care of our mother at New Harmony Gardens Care Center. She loved you all. Also, for the care St. Croix Hospice provided. Crescent Tide cremation has been wonderful.

A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Visitation will be from 5:00-6:00pm at New Harmony Gardens Care Center Chapel. The service to celebrate Linda's life will begin at 6:00pm. A dinner will immediately follow the service.
