Leroy a walker 69 years of age in Chicago Illinois died august 23,2022 at holy cross hospital in Chicago Illinois.

Funeral services will be held Friday September 2,2022 at 3pm at Johnson funeral home in Chicago Illinois visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday.

Leroy was born January 14,1953 in Chicago Illinois to Vera Mae walker and Eugene walker he graduated from calumet city high school in 1976. Leroy then married neva walker in 1997 then divorced in 2011. Leroy loved music he loved to dance and write.he is dedicated to his family and loving and spoiling his grand children he always kept snacks for his grand children at all times. Leroy walker is loved by his children sherrelda newson, martell walker Keith walker and Kevin walker of Chicago Illinois He is the only child but left a legacy of four he was a proud loving father

He was not the only child he has a brother name Mario walker and his niece name Nichole walker him and his brothers attended calumet city high school from 1st grade to 12th grade he played foot ball in was also a good base ball player once he graduated high school he went to the army short after when he came back he became a barber he did allot of the local hair cuts in the area he was a great father and will be truly missed by the kids he left behind but in loving memory of Leroy walker
