A well-read man with two green thumbs

Larry Audrey Freeman, age 77, passed away peacefully at the Armstrong County Memorial Hospital after a brief illness on May 25,2022. He was born January 9,1945 in Gallup, NM to Audrey and Rosamund Freeman.

Larry graduated from The University of New Mexico in 1970 with a degree in English Literature. While attending college,he met and married his longtime friend and love, Hunith Gorlois, who preceded his death in 1980. Together they had one daughter and lived in Gallup in NM.

He remarried in 1982 to Melissa Barros.

For many years Larry worked as a self employed property lawyer in NM and then moved to PA to continue his life work.

Larry was the person who you could always count on to have an quality bar of chocolate on hand.He had a vibrant personality and always made the people around him laugh. His wit was second to none.

Larry was survived by his Wife Melissa Barros(Freeman); Daughter Teresa Givens Freeman; Grandson Harris Sebastian. All of whom loved him dearly and will never forget his tenacity,charm,grace(when pertinent) and undying love for them. He will be deeply missed.
