life story

Loving Father, Papa, huge Motorcycle enthusiast, and Twins fan

Larry Edward Stitzel passed away peacefully on March 16, 2021. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 10, 1939. He is survived by his daughters, sons and his many grandchildren whom he loved and multiple lifelong friends who loved him just the same.

He was a 42-year member of the West Bank Motorcycle Club. He made the trip to Sturgis for 30 years in a row. He loved to travel and often talked of his many trips he made by motorcycle and/or RV. His fondest memories were the trips he and his family took exploring the United States in their camper.

He was a loyal Twins fan to the end whether they won or loss. He enjoyed talking about them as much as he loved to watch them.

He worked many years as a machinist and then many more years as a courier for Quicksilver. After retirement, Larry loved to spend as much time as he could with his family and friends.

Larry will be missed by all those who's life he has touched, especially his family.
