OBITUARY

Kenneth Edward Stiles, 67, passed away after a long illness on January 24, 2025 in Middletown, CT. Born in Meriden, CT, Kenneth also lived in Westbrook, Middletown, and Rockfall.

Kenneth is survived by his mother, Phyllis Stiles; his brothers, David Stiles (Connie) of Middletown and Brian Stiles of New Jersey; his sister, Kathleen Stiles of New Jersey; and nephew Adam Stiles of Middletown. He was predeceased by his father, Sherman Stiles.

A man of faith, Kenneth’s belief in Jesus Christ was central to his life. He was a member of the Christadelphian community. Kenneth also had a love for animals and was known for his kindness toward them. In addition to his faith and compassion for animals, he was a HAM radio operator under the call sign WA1UMD. Trained in electronics, Kenneth had held positions at various radio stations in CT and the phone company.

A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday, February 8, at 1:00 PM at the Christadelphian Chapel, 145 Evansville Avenue, Meriden, CT (see below).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Audubon Society or the Christadelphian Bible Mission of the Americas in Kenneth’s memory.
